The Process

On the day of your event, I will show up at the venue one hour before the ceremony begins to get acquainted with the location. I usually work freely, capturing moments as my inspiration guides me. I tend to walk around and pause to sketch when I find the perfect perspective. I can also follow a briefing, in case you have some specific moments in mind that you want to be eternalized in watercolors.

Once some paintings are finalized, (at the end of the ceremony, in case of a wedding) they will be presented at the reception where I will provide entertainment for the guests as I finish some details & continue sketching more moments as they are taking place.

At the end of the event, I will take the sketches to my home atelier to put on some finishing touches & place them in a custom handmade booklet. Then, your finished masterpiece will be mailed or delivered to you.

The sketches are usually done in archive ink’ pen and watercolor, on papers of A5 size, live at the event. In a sketch style, and due to time constraints, are not heavily detailed. However, they are guaranteed to capture the look and feel of your event.
